I just uploaded a new version (0.13) :)

Amiga, Atari ST, C64 and DOS:
Added joystick support.

C64:
Fixed music bugs and added rudimentary sound effects.

DOS and Megadrive:
Since DOS and Megadrive have at least 2 buttons available on their joysticks/gamepads, jumping is now done by pressing a button instead of "Up".
